Discovery
We start by surveying and interviewing your providers and firefighters. ALL of the data is anonymized to ensure the participant's trust and accuracy. We know that an interview about one's employment experience can be stressful and some may be hesitant to be entirely transparent.

Analysis
Once all the data is gathered we run it through our analysis algorithm and comb over it by hand to glean insights to identify challenges your organization is facing, known and unknown. Then we leverage the insights to make actionable recommendations.

Report and Implementation
We deliver a report to your leadership and team to discuss the insights and recommendations. Together we brainstorm any additional solutions and implementation. The rest is up to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?
Depending on schedule, the whole process can take 30 - 60 days. Though we try to move as quickly as possible.
What does the report look like?
The end result is a score of 0-100 across 12 different categories and one final aggregated score. So long as it doesn't compromise anonymity, we will also break out the data across dimensions such as tenure, certification level, demographics, and so on.
How often should we participate?
Like any vital statistics, it is best to follow up a year later to test again and measure the impact. But first, you need a baseline.
